diet plan for a 16 year old boy?

ok fitness gurus i need ur help well im on the road to self improvement and i wanna get into better shape and gain muscle mass and i don’t know what should i eat, how much should i exercise or even what exercises do i have to do to achieve my goal . basically i know nothing at all so i came here. if this helps in any way im 5foot 10 inches i weigh 157 lbs im skinny,the only time i exercise is when im in gym class but i do it till the point i sweat like a waterfall and used to run track when i was 13 oh and i don’t eat very healthy.to sum my question into a few sentences

i need a workout Schedule for building muscle mass
and a diet plan to help build muscle mass

drink protein drinks then lift wieghts the protien is gonna make you gain weight but you’ll work it all into muscule if you lift wights and exercise daily!! hope i helped
